Guardian Terms of Use
Last updated June 25, 2026
Private beta service
Guardian is currently a private beta product. Features, pricing, availability, and alert behavior may change as the service is tested and improved.
Forward-to-check workflow
Guardian analyzes emails that users forward to a private Guardian address. Guardian does not monitor an inbox directly, reply to senders, block messages, or take action in any email account.
No guarantee
Guardian can help identify suspicious messages, but no automated system catches every scam or false alarm. Users should treat verdicts as decision support, not a guarantee that a message is safe or unsafe.
Consent and responsibility
By using Guardian for another person, you confirm they agreed to have suspicious emails forwarded for review. You are responsible for how you use the service and for any decisions made after receiving a verdict.
Acceptable use
Do not use Guardian to monitor someone without consent, upload illegal content, abuse the email pipeline, send spam, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact path provided by the Guardian team during the private beta.
